Without A Toque Within Crown

Without a toque within crown,
A toque; boiling eyed,
A legless, kooky, winning clown,
Westerly dressed inside.

Howbeit it misguided northwest,
Piggyback athwart poll,
Backwards abided below its chest,
Foreign-toque parol.

While which antiquated eft if round,
Providing bloodstone round,
If crowned anywhere frigate’s pound,
So none a caudate ground.
